Auch Instandhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sind Teil der Gespr\u00e4che.<\/p>\n<p>Der Austausch findet in beide Richtungen statt. Beim gemeinsamen Rundgang durch die Produktion vergleichen die Teams, was am jeweiligen Standort gut funktioniert und welche Arbeitsweisen aus dem einen Werk auch im anderen hilfreich sein k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWenn GRUSE etwas besser macht, sollten wir daraus lernen.
