Toveks Bil est un groupe multimarques (Audi, SEAT, \u0160KODA et Volkswagen, entre autres) avec plus de 600 employ\u00e9s \u00e0 travers la Su\u00e8de, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la vente d\u2019automobiles neuves\/d\u2019occasion, dans les pi\u00e8ces de rechange et dans les r\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entrep\u00f4t au point de saturation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous devions g\u00e9rer plus de composants avec des rotations toujours plus rapides, mais nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas en mesure d\u2019\u00e9largir notre espace au sol. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait un probl\u00e8me urgent pour nous \u00bb, poursuit Morgan. L\u2019entrep\u00f4t utilisait une grue a\u00e9rienne pour les d\u00e9placements entre les \u00e9tages, mais le chargement et le d\u00e9chargement prenaient trop de temps et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 s&rsquo;en ressentait beaucoup.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Pire encore, la grue a\u00e9rienne lente causait des probl\u00e8mes \u00bb, explique M. Morgan. \u00ab Il fallait tellement de temps pour d\u00e9placer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments lourds que la zone de marchandises interne \u00e9tait ensuite encombr\u00e9e de nouvelles marchandises. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tait compromise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 compromise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Patrik Brandt, directeur des ventes chez Toveks Bil, \u00e9voque un autre aspect de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0La grue a\u00e9rienne ne permettait pas un positionnement r\u00e9ellement pr\u00e9cis. Les articles \u00e0 palettes lourdes peuvent \u00eatre charg\u00e9s tels quels, tandis que les composants plus petits sont mis dans des chariots pour \u00eatre transmis aux employ\u00e9s si nous le souhaitons \u00bb, note Patrik. \u00ab Pour nos employ\u00e9s, cela signifie une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et une ergonomie am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, sans avoir besoin d\u2019aller \u00e0 la chasse aux pi\u00e8ces elles-m\u00eames. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s par la vitesse d\u2019installation, avec seulement deux jours du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la mise en marche.
