Anna Syberfeldt \u00e4r dagens AGV alltf\u00f6r dyra \u00e4ven i de enklaste till\u00e4mpningarna. Och alltf\u00f6r dumma f\u00f6r mer komplicerade uppgifter.<\/p>\n<p>Anna \u00e4r professor i produktionsteknik p\u00e5 Tekniska h\u00f6gskolan vid H\u00f6gskolan i Sk\u00f6vde i Sverige. Hon leder forskargruppen f\u00f6r Production &#038; Automation Engineering, som best\u00e5r av \u00f6ver 40 forskare inom virtuell teknik. Gruppens forskning t\u00e4cker omr\u00e5den som simulering, optimering, robotik, beslutsst\u00f6dsystem samt AR\/VR och genomf\u00f6rs och till\u00e4mpas till stor del i samarbete med partners inom tillverkningsindustrin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vi m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja om igen med AGV<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8221;\u00c4ven de mest grundl\u00e4ggande av dagens AGV \u00e4r f\u00f6r dyra&#8221;, s\u00e4ger hon. &#8221;Det finns f\u00f6r mycket ovilja att flytta bort fr\u00e5n gamla plattformar och f\u00f6r lite incitament att s\u00e4nka priserna. Vi m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja om igen, fr\u00e5n grunden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Den f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade framtiden f\u00f6r AGV \u00e4r att de blir mycket mer flexibla. De \u00e4r mindre och kan arbeta tillsammans i sv\u00e4rmar. Sm\u00e5 satsstorlekar \u00e4r ekonomiska. Massproduktion och transportbandet f\u00f6rsvinner. Det betyder h\u00f6g grad av artificiell intelligens (AI) om vi ska minimera m\u00e4ngden programmering som kr\u00e4vs.&#8221; Samma AI m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5 s\u00e4kerhetsfr\u00e5gor och m\u00e5ste implementera en h\u00f6g s\u00e4kerhetsniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r att skydda mot cyberattacker som kan st\u00f6ra industrin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;\u00c4ven om programmering av AGV h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 att bli enklare m\u00e5ste framtida AV kunna l\u00e4ra och programmera sig sj\u00e4lva.&#8221; , s\u00e4ger Anna. &#8221;AI kommer att beh\u00f6va snabba, kraftfulla processorer och precisions-GPS, till exempel. &#8221;Framtiden f\u00f6r AGV beror dock p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n smart programvara. H\u00e5rdvaran \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00e5rdvara \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anna betonar lyftbord bland den h\u00e5rdvara som har en viktig roll i framtidens AGV: &#8221;De kommer inte bara att bidra till att skapa mer ergonomiska arbetsplatser utan ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sj\u00e4lva produktionslinjerna. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt n\u00f6jda med att arbeta med f\u00f6retag som Marco.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Anna har en annan roll som forskningschef p\u00e5 ASSAR Industrial Innovation Arena i Sk\u00f6vde. Institutionen innefattar Science Park Sk\u00f6vde, H\u00f6gskolan i Sk\u00f6vde, IDC West Sweden AB, Volvo Car Corporation och Volvo Group. M\u00e5let med ASSAR-projektet \u00e4r att skapa en v\u00e4rldsledande integrerad fysisk och virtuell utvecklingsmilj\u00f6 f\u00f6r forskning, teknisk utveckling, innovation och utbildning.<\/p>\n<p>Bilderna visar n\u00e5gra av de p\u00e5g\u00e5ende projekten p\u00e5 ASSAR, med Marco lyftbord monterade p\u00e5 experimentella AVG.
