Lift Table Components
- Compact hydraulic power unit with a transparent tank for easy oil level checking. The hydraulic unit is provided with an overflow valve as standard. Suction and return filters are built into the tank to minimize noise. The IP65 unit has an IP55 motor, and is splash- and drip-proof.
- Square steel profile of the scissor arms for superior lateral stability. Long bearings for all moving parts reduces bearing load. Together with grease nipples for all pivot points and anodized pins, this extends equipment life.
- Precision- machined scissors arm pivot centers and machined profiled arms ensure smooth performance and geometrical motion accuracy.
- Aluminum profiled safety frame reduces the risk of entrapment.
- Motor with protection class IP55.
- Cylinders are cushion bump-free closing. Each cylinder is fitted with a hose burst valve to ensure an immediate stop in the event of pipe or hose rupture. Double shear rollers ensures perfect load balancing and eliminate transverse loads, extending the operational life. All rollers are anodized.
