The idea came from Palle, a team member in production, who suggested using shrink wrap, a technique he had worked with before. This durable material, when heated, forms a tight, protective seal around the product, safeguarding it from external damage while maintaining a clean, polished look.
The suggestion quickly gained momentum. In just two weeks, SIGI’s logistics, production, and procurement teams collaborated to implement the idea. Materials were sourced, methods refined, and the first shipment was ready. The lifting tables arrived protected, polished, and visually impressive—a true reflection of SIGI’s commitment to excellence.

Shrink wrapping is now an integral part of how SIGI ensures that even the largest, most complex products arrive in perfect condition. Looking ahead, the team plans to personalize the wrap with SIGI logos and messages, creating an even more premium delivery experience.
